What is the best CMS / How to fix buttons?, Having Issues...

Firstly, I was having problems with my CMS where nothing would load and my page was white but I discovered if I pasted the theme into the directory folder it works, however the buttons or anything doesn't.. I've gone through all of the code each CMS i've tried and used the correct links to link each file, but still nothing works...
