What Do I do to fix this On News Article.

When i post a news letter instead of showing the author of it. It shows this What do i do to fix it ?

Go into Navicat or PHPMyAdmin and change the structure of 'cms_news'. Change it to "text" instead of "int/enum". Then go and edit thre news and put your username there!

I know a hotel that when they post a news article it shows they're name and they're habbo. How do I make it like this?

they do there habbo manually by right clicking the user on the cms like on staff page and click Copy Image Url then add it like that
