What colour is this Mug?

My Grandmother and I are having an in-depth argument as to what the colour this Mug is (fucking ridiculous; I know), I see blue, and yet she is seeing green. She's one of the people that to this day still insists that fucking Blue and Black Dress was white and gold, which it wasn't.

Please, put this argument in the dust, and state your ocular abilities!
