website wont load the files

Hey all so I have tried creating a retro. The site gets an IP error, like as if their were no files on the website. I have tried downloading multiple different CMS's and emulators but get the same result. I have double checked all the IP's and stuff but still no result.

What does the site look like when you load it?
Did you put it in the correct file path?
Using IIS or xampp?

I'm getting a 522 error connection timed out from Cloudlfare is that what you're referring to?

Yes, I took cloudflare off and same result.

Are the DNS settings in your Cloudflare setup properly?

Yes they are, as I stated I did test it without cloudflare as well.

Has it worked since you’ve setup Cloudflare? It looks like a DNS error to me.

Well I made a new domain called habways.co.uk and that hasnt changed anything on the site

For some reason the new site is showing the companies info and not the VPS?
