It was just a quick idea that rushed into my head.
I was thinking of maybe setting up a website with as many hotel issues and fixes along beside it. This will help many users that have a retro or are trying to connect to one. I was also thinking about adding a Live chat where the Live chat support staff could answer the question people have to say.
Anyone think this is a good idea?
