Not many sites will do this becuase they need to know you can pay after the trial is over. The best one I've found that you do have to enter your details on is

I agree with you, now that I think about it, VPS's probably won't do that.

It's not really hard to get a trial VPS but instead of getting the trial free the VPS has away when you pay a little amount of dosh and then pay like normal when you exceed your trial limit <always set your VPS as non-renew when finished with it>
