I've always used it. They just own several OVH dedicated servers, and create a virtual environment. They also don't oversell - I'll see if I can find the image the owner showed me long ago. It proved he didn't oversell, he was freaking out because his servers had like low resources... 
It's a good company, fast response times.
Oh and I don't have a site at the moment as I am a poor bastard, but the speeds are fair good - better than many other VPS companies.
