VotingAPI throwing forbidden errors - Effecting all hotels!

Hi

Im having numerous different reports from users that VotingAPI is throwing errors:

You don't have permission to access /vote.php on this server.​

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.​

Apache/2.2.21 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/0.9.8m DAV/2 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at votingapi.com Port 80​

This is being reported by multiple users and others (Including myself) can access the website fine.​

@bigdawg somethings up with your servers and needs to be fixed asap This is currently effecting all hotels (Checked on a users Team viewer trying to enter multiple hotels)​

Seems to be working for me...

Thats the thing its working perfectly fine for me too. But for certain users its not. Ive confirmed via Teamviewer on the users computer and done the usual check (Browser, Clear cache/cookies etc) still nothing. Have also checked other hotels and cant access there voting.

I have reports of problems starting Feb 24th
