I know there was a thread about this, but there still hasn't been a fix to it. Nor has Dwight replied, so I thought I would create my own, with a bit more information, then what was in the last thread.
I'm not entirely sure if it's to do with us, or the voting API is broken, but for the past week or two. We've had no troubles what so ever, we had also moved up to 18th position. We had been on average getting 50-160 users daily. The hotel above us, from what I had seen was getting a max 30. Yet we were in front of them, now they've back in front of us because of this voting API? It seems to be working for them, but not for us. We have 1 vote in the past two days, although we've had 80 ish online yesterday. Our Average is going down also..
Is there a fix? Is it just a few hotels? When will it be fixed?
