Voting api wont work(shown with pictures)

Hey guys, my voting api just isn't working and I can't see why at all...

I'm using Illumina CMS.
below is my settings:

these settings are as good as there going to be, as my retroslist user is danbenson93...

then when I go to my hotel babbzo.co.uk, it doesn't load to the voting api for my site...
It loads straight to retroslist as show below...

Anyone know why it is not loading to my voting api? and instead straight to retroslist...
Please help.

do you have a fix for this?

It is to do with the the setting just beneath what you showed us. (Disable Index Voting).. But The same happens to me.

fixed this, not sure what I did sorry :/ somehow it started working.
