Don't buy from either of those. The first one doesn't even sell VPNs.

If you want a cheap (but generally less defensive) one, get a small linux server and install OpenVPN on it. If you don't want to go through the hassle of all of that, I'd reccomend

Cyberghost do VPN's fairly cheap.

I've dealt with them about a month ago. Their PPTP method was broken (the didn't warn me or give any hint that it would be broken when I bought it) after I bought a 1-month plan. I then made a support ticket, and it took 2 weeks for them to reply, and another week and a half just for them to reply again. I ended up getting a solution, but they wouldn't give me a refund on the moth's time that I wasted with their product when the one method that I needed was broken. They do have many servers in lots of places though, so if you don't really care about support quality, then use them.
