Actually I'm able to help you right away and you don't need to pay for it.

1.

Have you checked if your variables are set correctly because that is the most common problem people go to that their variarbles aren't set correctly and therefore it disconnects people from the hotel without even sending a connection message to the emulator.

If this doesn't help then please reply so because I'm always willing to help you out and paying isn't needed because this is a pretty simple error which can be fixed in notime.

Its your variables , just replace all links with your hotel dcrs directory and you should be all set .
If it continues try using different vars and redo it .
