V26 habbo offline problem :(

Hey guys, im have a problem with me holodb hotel im have a hotel all work the site and to register im start the server i mean holograph emulator its working good restarting the site logging in on me admin charakter and i cant enter hotel its saying (me name of the hotel) offline , so the server or the hotel is offline why , how can i fix it ? please help me

Does the hotel botton says offline if yeah are you using holocms or phpretro?
