User not found error

Hi guys

Ive recently changed servers and copied everything over but everytime im trying to access my hotel it says username not found even though the username is in the database any solution?

Are you sure you imported the correct .SQL? Have you reconfigured the CMS to your new server and such? If you look at the users table in the database which your CMS is configured to use, do you see the record you are currently trying to access there?

I'm also having some issues with sledmores plus edit attached is what is happening if you know what to do about that
