[Urgent] How to activate the helper tool in the Flash UI Nitro version?

I was wondering how to activate the helper tool in the Flash UI Nitro version. I saw a hotel that had it, screenshots below:

I tried looking for something like this in the ui-config, but I didn't find anything. Even after granting permissions in the database, I can't even make a help request. Below are the screenshots of how it looks on my hotel:

Does anyone have any idea how to activate this? I'd be grateful.

Yes there's a column within the permissions table to enable/disable the help tool.
Might be acc_supporttool or something similar.

Enables on a per rank basis.
