Updated version of Plus Emulator Needed!

Hey everyone im currently looking to update my plus Emulator i currently use the revision from 2016 the screenshot has all the evidence needed we are looking to update but i cannot find a download for the newest version whether thats because there isnt one or im just being blind i really dont know but hopefully you can help me out.
