How do I fix this?
I downloaded

But it's a .rar file with no installer, so do you have to compile it or some shit? All I did was extract.

You're missing MySQL Connector/NET Version 6.2.4
Get it and your problem will be fixed.

Here, simply click

You must be registered for see links

to get MySQL Connector/NET 6.2.4, it contains a ZIP File with an .MSI to install. You may have to remove any older versions of MySQL Connector/NET before installing this.
