Go on habbo.com > View Source and find the numbers starting in "63_", the current one is, 63_1dc60c6d6ea6e089c6893ab4e0541ee0/1430

If you mean in which file you can edit it then:
Open inc
Open class.tpl.php
Search for: $this->SetParam('web_build', 'VERSION');
Replace where it says VERSION or whatever number with the newest web_build.
