Ubercms Help?

Hi Guys, I have a question for set up a Ubercms or Phoenixcms.
Soo, the question is; Can i Host a Uber/phoenixCMS on a Website (000webhost.com). So yess, can u give me a link for that tutorial?

Hosting you could, but as it's "shared/free" I doubt you'll be able to have RemotrMySQL.

Meaning your emulator probably won't connect to the hotel. Either buy non-shared hosting, which I recommend from GoDaddy.com / I've used it before.
