How would I make tool tips like

So when you hover over a div that appears.

They got that script from DynamicDrive, I remember checking it out years ago, they just changed the styling.

Anyway, I'd recommend Bootstrap (inb4 faggot), their approach is much better.

I'd certainly like that as well. I assume it's done via Javascript but tell me when you got that because I'd like that as well to be honest.

You may also just want to go through the source of the site maybe your able to find something.
