Encase you didn't already know... votingapi.com is on Google's blacklist as 'Malware & Phising'
I tried to go on a hotel today & the red page came up

Exact same thing happened to me on my own hotel about 30 minutes ago. - I tried on my VPS and I didn't get the same message, or any message.
