Swift Emu - Disconnecting when clicking shop

A few of our users have experienced an error where when they click the tab to open the shop they are disconnected from the client.
Please help me with this issue, thank you. We are using SwiftEMU

If it is just a few users, have them try clearing cache.
Have them make new account's (will be awarded all stats back and username)
Try Restarting EMU.

Check if there is any errors in the catalog_pages section in the db.
