SWF Edits - Toolbar

Is it possible to remove the option to collapse the toolbar, and keep this toolbar (Including on Hotel View):

Yeah using leensters editor, I think the layout is called new_bar just set the width/height to 0 on the bg and arrow part. The hotel view might use the extended by default I can't remember but you can make them the same.

Yeah , I figure as much as that what I was wondering is how I could get them the same. I am familiar with editing the swf, but not with where it controls what is default for hotel view
