[Suggestions] Should I? [Habbo]

Okay, so right now, I have $60ish in my PayPal. I am making a Retro with one of my mate's, and we are using ICECRON CMS, which is compatible with both phoenix and uber. Should I use Slaxxer v3, or should I b Phoenix Emulator. Please leave your suggestions below. Thank you in advance.

I'd personally recommend purchasing Phoenix, unless you have the capacity to fix up Slaxxer v3, and make it stable.

agreed with rasta, Phoenix is the best option unless you have strong knowledge of C# and can build upon somebody elses code and/or modify it to give it its stability & features
