Stop Muting of Higher Ranks?

So Recently I had an incident where a Moderator can mute an owner & I Would have to reload, How Could I fix that? Besides removing the permission from them. Am using BcStorm Emulator. Just when someone roommutes the room, Ranks have to reload, Because they cannot chat or type. I was wondering if example; Rank 6 Mutes The room & Rank 7-11 are in the room, How to stop the Muting of Higher Rank IDS
