Staff can't get onto the hotel

Hey guys, I am using UberCMS 2.0.1 and Phoenix 3.8.1 and I am having some problems ^^

Whenever I rank a user, they can't get onto the hotel. But when I unrank them to the default rank (1), they are able to get on. Can someone help please? Here's what the exceptions say:

Make sure the rank you're setting them in users is actually created in ranks and permissions_ranks.

Yeah, it all seems to be there. Still doesn't work :/

Did you play with the rank_permissions ect.
