SQL code to enable Groups in my Nitro v2 Hotel please?

And i have it all working but for some reason i cant make any Groups / Purchase a Group in catalog

Can someone please give me a SQL code for making Groups work please?

Yeah sure i simply rebooted the Emulator and that seemed to fix it idk how or why lol
