Someone who know how to fix a 404 error in IIS?

Hi,
Someone who know how to fix this:

The CMS is installed and things like that.
IIS have this config:

• Application Development (All children nodes under this too)
• Static Content Compression (Under Performance)
• IIS Management Console, IIS Management Scripts and Tools and Management Service (All under Management Tools)

This is what i installed in Web Platform:
PHP 5.x
Application Request Routing 2.5
Web Farm Framework 1.1
MySQL
IIS 8 Express
Web Deployment Tool 2.1
Microsoft .NET Framework 4
URL Rewrite 2.0
PHP Manager for IIS
IIS 8 Recommended Configuration

Step 1) Go to IIS Manager.
Step 2) Go to Sites and click on either "Default Web Site" or whatever your using.
Step 3) Double click URL Rewrite.

Step 4) on the right side you will see "Import Rules" click that.
Step 5) Find the path where the web.config is and link it to that, then click Import!

Then you've messed something up when installing everything.
If you're with xhosts send a ticket in and our set iis or nginx or whatever u want setting up then u can finish it of.

Just uninstall IIS and everything you installed originally or backup your files and reinstall your VPS then re-do it. It's a 2 minute ordeal that shouldn't have this many issues.
Granted, with a Layer 7 DDoS attack this page can sometimes show up as well. Ensure it is actually a configuration error and you're not just using someone's shitty OVH server that they claim is DDoS protected on "all layers", lol.
