I'm not sure if my EMU is connected to my CMS, or w/e, but I'm no expert

you are correct and is it connected to the db and is site path http://127.0.0.1/site or w.e you name the folder or it might be your dcrs (v26)

As I expressed earlier, I'm not sure how to connect the emu to the cms... and, yes, I'm using the local host.

Try turning your firewall off.. just a guess.

I know exactly what's happening, it's happened to me before too!

It's a simple problem, Go to Housekeeping -> Settings -> Hotel and make sure the ports are the same as what it says in the database.

This is what has happened to me before, Thanks to Tanis, He fixed it for me.
