Small Lag Problem

Our hotel has a problem where you can do anything instantly but you can't walk instantly. I can talk on command, but it takes 3 seconds to walk from one tile to another. Does anyone know how to fix this? We are currently using Navicat.

I'm pretty sure that it's just that you're computer / server isn't fast enough and/or you're opening that many things that it just slows your hotel down.

I'm not sure but what emulator are you using.

Not Only, With the fact you might be using Epic Hosts. You can be booted and hacked due to the lack of DDoS Protection and also if its fileZilla and Navicat well only the client is DDoS Proof. rest is done for.
