Slopt Emulator, Inventory was clearing automatic.. [HELP!]

Users a playing seamlessly the game.. But when users bought furnitures and rares, it's clearing automaticly.. We don't know why clearing Inventory automaticly. Somebody help about that please? We really need our help guys..
