It has function for vips to send :ha command to hotel from index page and they could send it only once in few hours. I was wondering how hard is it to make this kinda system. So there would be little textbox in index where it says that you can send :ha from here. You type message to textbox and click "send" button. Then the message will be displayed in client with users name on it. After doing this the textbox fades out and timer pops out that shows how long it will take to send another message.I have tried to make this but failed. I was thinking if someone knows how to do this?</blockquote>
