Now, I'm Raze! first of all i'm going to tell you DevBest fourms RULES! if you like DevBest then read these rules so you wont get banned!
First rule is: Advertise you will be banned by an Mod/Admin, people had been recently banned for advertiseing. so never advertise
Second Rule: Scam some and you will be banned. for scamming
3rd rule: never give viruses out on the fourms! you will be auto banned if an mod/admin finds out!!
4th rule: never spam! Spamming gets the fourm down! If you Spam and an mod/admin finds out you're done!
