Room Background offsetZ

Does anyone know what the correct offsetZ is for this? I want it so my whole avatar shows when I'm standing on that tile.
I've tried 9990, 9970, 8870, 99999 and loads of other numbers.

Let me jump on your hotel, and help you sort it out. The correct offset is determined by alot of things, the room size, where the add is places.. ext..
