[RevCMS] Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE on line 13 HELP!

Hi Guys,

Recently I've been trying to make an habbo retro but I've gotten to this point. I cant get my Emulator to work either it says my IP via my hamachi doesnt wish to work.. but I want to get rid of this error

Everytime I try to access the site I gain an Error like this!
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in C:\xampp\htdocs\app\management\config.php on line 13

This happens when I try access the website

I don't exactly know what I have done to cause such an Error please help D:
 
Alright I got rid of that error now im struggling with getting the Emulator to work

Okay clean up your post for us, and change the title to "Emulator Trouble" or something and tell us what's going on with your emulator, show us your config file and what it is doing, and what emulator you are using. We will be glad to help troubleshoot.
