RevCMS Housekeeping News Issue

Hello, everytime I try to create a news story using the news maker in Housekeeping, I get a page without CSS and the news does not post. Will attach image below for reference.

I'd suggest adding a new Housekeeping, this one is total and utter rubbish, I'd stick to the standard RevCMS Housekeeping, download link below.
