I get a 404 error the file doesn't exist, I'm not too sure why this continues to happen, even if I do

it still continues to give me a 404 error. Does anyone possibly know why this keeps happening? If so please contact me as soon as possible, by either posting on the thread or PM'ing me, Thanks!! I've never run into this error before, so I'm not too sure.
