I've encountered this issue, that is starting to annoy me ...

If I have my index.php in the wwwroot folder set to this -
The page looks like this -
BUT
If my index.php in the wwwroot folder is set to this -
The page has black boxes in some place but the tabs are alright? -
If anyone has a solution please tell me below!
