On your database should give you an option to make backups?

That's only backing up the database, but if you're looking to backup your files, just select everything in your root folder and .rar / .zip it.

I have a scheduled task which runs a sql dump every 15 minutes and puts it on drop box. It’s a bit of a hack but it works.

If you're on Windows, I'd recommend using SQL Backup and FTP :

, as it pretty much does the job to backup your database at given time interval. You can also easily restore your database within this software too!

Yeah thank you! First time actually having a retro long enough to back up the database, myPHPadmin doesn't say back up just export so i got er.
