Request* Need working v18 loader

my mate Harry is having trobule with a hotel and its real annoying. the loader works and all. but when you got to make a account it just d/ces its real annoying the IPs and ports are correct but it still fails to work. Any ideas on how this could work. if this is the wrong area then please move it. IDk where to request stuff. This is kinda Half Help and Half request.

I need urgent help. i need a working v18 loader. Any one who gives us a good working loader will get Admin on the hotel.
