So does Habrockz? and there not suspended, i think its allowed, as long as it does not go to the /vote[username]/ directly.

It's allowed to have it on their index, as long as the link from thehabbos doesn't go directly to the voting page(API). Which it does not do for habrockz, but for hablog it does. here's proofs:
