Release or Not To Release?

Firstly, I am sorry to bring Habbo into the section, but was best place for it...
I recently purchased a r63b setup from EpicHosts so I could steal his files and release them. I have now got a hold of them. After editing, should I release or not? That is my question...

Reasons for: Would help a lot of people who cannot make them and don't want to pay shitty Epic Hosts. (All of their adverts would be removed as well).
Reasons Against: The retro community is falling and also, would the noobs then being opening hotels they couldn't manage?

As much as I'd like to see such thing happen to Epic Hosts, but doing that would only make you an asshole. I mean, I know I personally and other developers wouldn't want our stuff to get released without authorization. You work on something for a long time only to have it leaked at the end, only an asshole would do such thing.

Understand that, and yes, I guess it is kind of down to him whether I release. But looking at most of the CMS files, they are a plain old RevCMS 1.9.9.9 with a skin added in. Then all he has done is added some pages which he did not create but edited to have his name in footer

When I have developed something, I would not want it released. Therefore, I shall not release this. I shall edit and if anybody wishes, can contact me about it.

Terrum (Epic Hosts Owner) isn't stupid you are LOL . There's usually a ton of back-end exploits in his themes. For 2. It's not stealing if you purchased the work? I am going to be editing, removing exploits, and removing all the propoganda, then I will contact Terrum and talk to him. PS: I know as it is it is highly exploitable...
And it is not stealing, if I am paying and editing. I am not removing his credits at all...
