./register.php seems to have an error that I can't get to the bottom of

Okay, well, most of my site seems fine, except for ./register.php. The initial first page is all, and fine, but when I doubletap the "Confirm" button, I get redirected to

You must be registered for see links

, and nothing gets added to the _users table of my pMA db. Possible any of you could assist me?
