Then edit the news you want by clicking the green + button.

Then change the Header Image: to the image you want

Go into your site folder and follow "\web-gallery\images\top-story" then you will see loads of top story images.

Go to housekeeping > Tools > News > Under 'Header Images' place the link of the news article image from the link of above.
