Ranks need sorting

Hello,
I have a problem with my ranks ive sorted them in the permissions but for every rank from 2-9 it gives you all the same commands as owner even though i set it in permissios table to only have a few commands
If someone can help me over t.v or join.me please

If its Phoenix, I'd say are you sure you saved the table, are you sure you gave them another rank? Otherwise, try to restart the Emulator. Never heard of this before.

Yes everything is correct just not sure why it wont work becuz i have someone expert rank 3 and if gave them staff cata and everything not sure how to fix

To change the permissions of the catalogue change the min rank number in the catalogue_pages table.
