(Rank 38 + 39 Goes to same page + Api Makes you vote on both?

So if someone wants to go to muinz they vote and then it turns to habz and so they got 2 spots and the both have vote before you enter the homepage

Habbz(39)Hotel leads to a non existent domain. And Volx(38) links to a .webs domain with a voting page that doesn't even work? What muiz?
