R63B ~ Room settings does not save!

So I am running on the updated r63b but not the newest version habbo updated to, so anyways when every I go in any of my rooms and try to edit something it dosen't save and then I can't open room settings until I reload. Which I do not know how to fix this issue. ;(
Does anyone have a good Plus EMU or Silverwave and/or a better emu that works. Or if u guys have a working db or swfs please message below.
