WELCOME MESSAGE - Go to your database, find table 'system_strings' and find value 'welcomemessage_text'. Go ahead and click the edit icon. Click start when you finished. NOTE: You have to restart your emulator before your message will be shown! If it doesn't work, you need to change it in emulator files.

WORDFILTER - Go to your database, find table 'system_config' and find value 'wordfilter_enable', make it '1' if it isn't already. Now go and find value 'wordfilter_censor' in the same table, click edit, and change it to your replacement. Now find table 'wordfilter', click it, click insert in the topbar. Just enter all words that have to replaced with what you entered under 'wordfilter_censor' earlier! NOTE: You have to restart you emulator!
