On Google Chrome (or) Rocket Melt Go on Your Website Right Click the Register Button > Press Inspect Element > To The Bottom Right It Should Show you the CSS and Where it is Located Using that find the file and Edit it to Your Needs.

If I save it and reload page , the edit don't work :L
