Pulling player information....

I've been busy working on Profiles so url.com/profile/any username etc...
I've designed a unique page which is cool as fuck....

Now I need to know how to pull the right users information...
As if they're viewing someone else's page they obviously have different things so {username} {coins} etc don't work.
Anyway to pull a personal users look.coins.pixels.diamonds etc?

Don't know much about this sort of stuff but if you have a database it has all the columns i.e coins, pixels etc. so the {coins} should work if that's the case. Idk.
